Built bond between 32 freshmen with co-representative and ensured their active participation in the Filipino Association of Stevens Tech (FAST)
Acted as the liaison between the freshman grade and the upperclassmen
Aided executive board members in their respective positions by carrying out tasks under their jurisdiction
Spearheaded senior sendoff event called Barrios Fiesta to celebrate 26 graduating members
Impact
Increased active freshman count by 60% through effective communication regarding club meetings and events
Executed 6 monthly events and a performance (as seen below)
89% of freshmen ran for a position on an executive board for a cultural organization, including FAST, as inspired and encouraged by my role as freshman representative
Barrios Fiesta 2023 is regarded as the best Barrios planned and executed since its launch in 2010
Elected as one of two event coordinators for the following year
