Event Overview

  • Event Purpose: Panangbenga is the festival of flowers, meaning “season of blooming.” It is typically celebrated in Baguio (the summer capital) throughout February. The event was originally established to celebrate Baguio’s unique environment, allowing flowers to bloom everywhere. To honor this festival, other Filipino organizations were invited to partake in this jubilee.
